ARC Application for Changes to Exterior

Complete and submit this form for any changes to the exterior of your home. Examples are fencing, landscaping & planting trees, patio extensions, decks, outdoor fireplaces, and pools. Enclose a copy of your plans along with a detailed description of the proposed work. An application must be approved before any work takes place. You can email your application to the Hidden Hills Clubhouse or deliver in person. A drop box is available at the front door of the clubhouse for use after hours.

Clubhouse Rental Form

The Hidden Hills clubhouse is available for residents to rent on a first come-first serve basis. The rental form as well as the Checklist & the Pool Use Understanding forms should ALL be completed and returned to the HOA office before a date can be reserved. Your rental fee, currently $50, and your security deposit of $100, should be included with your paperwork. The clubhouse key can be picked up during normal office hours on the Thursday before your weekend event, and must be returned no later than the following business day. Office Hours are 9-1 Monday-Thursday

Clubhouse Checklist

The Conditions for Using the Clubhouse form should be printed and returned with your rental application. The clubhouse should be left clean and in good condition after use. Resident is responsible for his guests and must be in attendance when clubhouse is rented.

Pool Registration Form

Every resident, upon purchasing a home in Hidden Hills, will receive a key for the pool gate and exercise room. The Pool Registration form and the Common Area Release form must be completed and kept on file in the clubhouse.

Common Area Registration and Release Form

Each resident of Hidden Hills is entitled to use the facilities available. The amenities are for the use and benefit of members of the Association and permitted guests and not for the use of the general public. Residents are responsible for their guests and the release form must be on file with the Association prior to using the facilities.
